In 2020 I designed a website for a local doctor’s office, HIGHLAND URGENT CARE AND FAMILY MEDICINE.
When COVID tests became available in the late summer, the practice was one of the first in town to offer testing.
Within a few days we had new pages on the site with a way to schedule the test, where to park and how to proceed once people were at the clinic.
The practice didn’t have the man power to answer all the phone calls while testing a hundred people a day, so the website became crucial and went from getting 100s of viewers a day to 1000’s.
Dr Nick said “I’ve had some pretty marginal and expensive websites in the past. This was by far the best result, the best value, and the best experience.”
