How it Works
Step 1 – Content:
No running around like a chicken with its head cut off. The first step to site success is a grade A plan.
At the beginning of your project, we use questionnaires and Zoom interviews to get to know your business, your ideal clients, your likes and dislikes, your competition, and your goals. You will be connected with a professional copy writer who will pull together the words that convey your core marketing message. We’ll also look at the imagery you have and talk about commissioning a professional photographer to take custom shots that will give your site an authentic and professional look.
Step 2 – Design:
Now we start counting and organizing all of our chickens to create a custom layout for you to review.
Once all the assets from Phase 1 are received, we begin combining them to create a custom design. Before going too far down the path, you’ll see a design concept specifically tailored to reach your target audience. You’ll then be able to review it and provide feedback, which we will use to make adjustments and get it just right.
Step 3 – Development:
With your approval of the concept, we’ll start whisking the design into a custom WordPress site.
Using the concept you approved in Step 2. The design will be finalized and remaining pages built. Any additional functionality or features will also be added to the site at this time.
At this step you’ll need to budget time to look over your site. This is your chance to interact with it as much as possible to troubleshoot any minor design tweaks, proof the content, and provide your feedback to us.
Step 4 – Testing:
Time to inspect every page and every link to make sure everything works and looks right on all devices.
We rely on you to help with testing of the website by recruiting others to review it on various devices. You’ll collect their feedback and give me a punch list of final revisions that need to be made.
Step 5 – Launch:
Congratulations! Your site has hatched!!
We will publish your website so that it is viewable on your domain name.
